How to Register your Group

The CCF and its Networks need the involvement of community & voluntary groups to be successful and address the needs of this sector in County Clare.

Membership of Area Networks is open to all community and voluntary groups in Co. Clare. There are currently over 400 groups registered with the CCF.

To join please fill in attached registration form and return to C&E Dept, Clare County Council, Quin Road Business Park, Ennis Co Clare.

Groups/ organisations wanting to become a member of the CLare Community Forum must:

• Be active in County Clare at community level.
• Have an adopted set of rules/ guiding principles and/or constitution
• Have a minimum membership of five and be open to new members who sign up to the groups ethos
• Must be non-party political, non racist, non discriminatory
• Be in existence for a minimum of 1 year
• Must have a structure which includes a Chairperson & Secretary
• Must hold at least 2 meetings per year, one of which should be an AGM

Groups are welcome to attend the Network meetings in their area and may be nominated/ elected by their Network to become a member of the CCF.
