Broadband Information Seminars As an introduction to the Group broadband Scheme re-launched earlier this year by the Department of Communications, Marine and Natural resources, a number of successful information seminars were held through County Clare over the last few weeks. The objective of the Group Broadband Scheme is to empower smaller communities to take the initiative in arranging for the provision of Broadband services for themselves.
