Doirin Graham - LEADER
Rural Resource Development
Born and educated in Dublin, Doirin graduated from University College Dublin with a degree in Agricultural Science in 1989, followed by a master's degree in Rural Development from UCD in 1991.
Following one year with an INTERREG training project based in County Monaghan, Doirin came to County Clare in 1993 to work for Rural Resource Development under the LEADER I Programme. As Projects Officer, Doirin was responsible for the management of project grant funds under the LEADER I and LEADER II Programmes in County Clare. Appointed CEO of RRD in 2003, Doirin is responsible for the management of the current LEADER National Rural Development Programme to 2006.
